Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam in Arizona There will be 2 parts of the Real Estate Salesperson Exam in Arizona: national and state specific parts. The first part (national) contains 80 questions and your task is to answer at least 60 of them correctly in order to successfully complete this part. You are given only 2 hours to answer these questions. The second part (state specific) contains 60 questions and you have to answer 45 correctly. And also 2 hours are given to you.

If you pass one part of the Exam, you can take the second part at a later period, but not later than 12 months.
You will pass this exam on a computer. You can take a simple functioning calculator with you for the 10% of the questions that involve math.
