Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam in Colorado
If you want to work in real estate industry, you have to own a Real Estate Broker license in Colorado.
There are 2 parts in Colorado Real Estate Salesperson Exam. The first part is called national part. The second part is called state specific part. The national part consists of 80 questions, answer 60 questions correctly and you will be allowed to pass the next part of the Exam. 120 minutes are provided for you to answer 80 questions. The next part – state specific – consists of 74 questions. Make sure you answer 52 of them. 110 minutes are provided for you.

Your test results will be valid for 12 months in Colorado.
The Real Estate Broker exams are taken on computers in Colorado. You will know your results when you finish the exam. You can’t take anything with to the exam room, only simple functioning calculators are allowed. Please, take 2 forms of identification with you to the exam site.
You will have to pay $71 of the registration fee to take the Colorado Real Estate salesperson exam. And if you fail, the retake fee is $66.
