Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam in Florida

Real Estate Salesperson Exams in Florida are administered by Pearson VUE, see www.pearsonvue.com.

Total amount of exam points is 100. 45% of real estate law, 40% of real estate principles and 15% of real estate math will be included in the exam. The sales agent exam is similar, although there will be a little bit less math (5%).

You will take Real Estate Salesperson and Broker Exams on a computer and you will be able to see your results right after you finish it. You aren’t permitted to take anything with you to the exam room, only simple functioning calculators are allowed.

Don’t forget to take 2 ID forms, exam authorization notice and your certificate of pre-license education completion.

Florida Reciprocal Agreements

Anyone holding licenses from any of these states may apply for a reciprocal license, and may be able to forego some classroom work and other requirements.

  • Arkansas Real Estate licensees must have held an active broker’s or sales associate’s license for at least 24 months during the preceding 5 years if the applicant is a broker.
