Real Estate Sales Agent Exams in Indiana are administered by Pearson VUE exams, before applying check this website: www.pearsonvue.com.
There are 2 parts in Indiana Real Estate Salesperson Exam. The first part is called national part. The second part is called state specific part. The national part consists of 80 questions, answer 60 questions correctly and you will be allowed to pass the next part of the Exam. The next part – state specific – consists of 50 questions. Make sure you answer 38 of them. Both parts of the exam in Indiana lasts for 4 hours.
If you successfully pass the first part of the exam in Indiana, you can pass the second part during 1 year and if you fail any of these 2 parts, you also will have 1-year period to retake it.
You will pass the exam on a computer and you will be able to see your results right after you finish it. Don’t bring any studying material with you, because you won’t be allowed to take it into the testing room.
