Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam in Kansas
There are 2 parts in the Kansas Real Estate Salesperson Exam: National and State. There will be 80 questions in the National part of the exam, and you have to answer 70% of them (56 questions). The time limit to complete this part is 2.5 hours. The state specific part contains 30 questions and you have to answer 21 questions correctly (70% correct answers). The time limit to complete the state specific part is 1.5 hours.
Real Estate Salesperson Exams in Kansas are administered by PSI exams at www.psiexams.com. There are certain requirements you should know before registering: you have to be at least 18 years old, and you have to complete the education requirements. After registering pass the exam (2 parts) during 6 months.
You will take both parts of the exam on a computer and you will receive your results when you finish it.
