Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam in Nebraska
There are 2 parts of the Nebraska Real Estate Salesperson Exam: national and state specific. National part has more questions and is more complex than state specific part. There will be such number of questions in each part of the exam:
National part: 100 questions
State specific part: 50 questions
Out of all 150 questions, you need to answer 113 correctly, that is 75%.
Time limit: 3.5 hours for the national and state specific parts
