Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam in Oklahoma
The Oklahoma Real Estate Exam includes national part and Oklahoma state specific part.
You have to submit an application to the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission and they will approve it. The application needs to be notarized.
You can take the exam only after the approval from the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission.
There is a time limit difference in sales associate exam and broker exam. The first one lasts for 3 hours, the second – for 6 hours.
The exam is taken on a computer and you will be able to see your results when you finish it. Don’t bring any books to the testing room. Arrive 30 minutes before the exam starts. Don’t forget to take 2 forms of ID with you and a calculator for the math part.
$60 is the registration fee for the Oklahoma Real Estate sales associate exam and $75 is the registration fee for the broker exam in the state of Oklahoma.
