- Courses need to have been completed during the 5 year period preceding the application date

- Experience: at least 2 years of active experience as a real estate salesperson

Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam in West Virginia
You can take the exam any time you like, as it is held every month at the Charleston House Holiday Inn.
You need to bring your notification letter, $25 testing fee, and ID to the exam place.
The test is written on a paper. You are allowed to take a calculator with you for the math part. Don’t be late, it is better for you to arrive 30 minutes before the exam starts.
