Standard and Enterprise plans include only one MLS and one QuickBooks connection, Enterprise plan has one CRM / Contact Sync connection. Every extra connection costs $29/mo. *Additional fees may apply for MLS/RETS integration.

Do I need to sign any contracts?
No, it’s month to month. You can cancel anytime.
Do you give any discounts if we prepay for a year?
Yes, If you prepay for 10 months we give you 2 additional months free of charge.
How long you store all information?
As long as you use the system, we don’t delete any information, even if you or your staff removed it from the system.
I use your competitor. Can you match the price?
We offer Simple Start plan to match the price. Please let us know what you are paying currently, we will do our best to help and transport your data into the new system.
Can I import my existing transactions & contacts?
Yes, the best answer is that any format works. We can help you to import existing contacts and active transactions, please reach out to us to get free help.
Can I change the number of seats and plan?
You can increase or lower the number of seats at any point of time as well as switch to a more advanced plan. Switch from Entreprise to Standard or from Standard to Simple Start plan is not available at this point of time.
